Okay, these are my tried and true nightly routine tips! I swear they are game changers and so easy to implement.

Reduce Distractions

I get it—scrolling through your phone before bed is tempting, but it’s also one of the biggest distractions. Not only does the blue light from your phone mess with your brain’s natural sleep cycle (making it think it’s still daytime), but studies show that we often use scrolling as a coping mechanism to avoid emotions or stress we don’t want to deal with.

Let’s avoid that! Instead, focus on being more self-aware. By reducing distractions, you’ll create a more calming environment that sets you up for a restful night and a productive day ahead.

Write Down 3 Wins of the Day

Before you hit the pillow, take a moment to reflect on the positive things you accomplished that day.

Grab your Hyper Focus Journal (or any notebook, this is just my preference) and jot down 3 wins—no matter how big or small.

This simple practice not only helps you analyze your day but also shifts your focus to the GOOD, building confidence over time.

And we all know that confidence is key when it comes to achieving more and feeling happier.

Practice Gratitude: 3 Things You’re Grateful For

Keeping that same journal out, write down 3 things you’re grateful for.

Practicing gratitude before bed has a powerful effect on your mindset—it helps you shift away from stress and negativity and brings your attention to the positive aspects of your life.

The Hyper Focus Journal even has a dedicated space for this exercise because it’s such an important part of building a successful mindset. Ending your day with gratitude helps you wake up with a more positive attitude and sets you up for success.

Bonus Tips for a Better Night’s Sleep
