Boosting Productivity and Confidence

I get asked a lot about my success story and how I stay productive and confident. So, I want to share some insights on productivity hacks and their importance for our mindset and confidence.

Oh, and if you want a detailed breakdown, you can tune into the podcast episode I did on this topic here:

The Power of Productivity

Productivity is more than just getting things done. It’s about creating new habits, finding peace, and building confidence. It’s about having more quality time with your family and children.

When we feel overwhelmed or anxious, it affects our relationships and our ability to be present.

By implementing productivity hacks, we can experience a sense of calmness and focus better on the tasks that move us forward.

Being productive also means being true to our top priorities.

Regardless of our social status or financial situation, if we don’t feel peace and prioritize what truly matters to us, we won’t achieve true happiness.

My passion for productivity hacks stems from the belief that they can help people have more time for the things and people that matter most in their lives.

Setting Goals and Overcoming Negative Beliefs

In the upcoming episodes, I plan to discuss goal setting. I will be hosting a free 90-minute master class where I will delve deeper into this topic.

I believe in the importance of setting financial goals and overcoming any negative beliefs or guilt associated with them. I’ve personally set goals to achieve financial freedom and create memories with my family.

Changing our mindset and beliefs around money, which may have been influenced by others during our childhood, is crucial.

I encourage you to set goals that genuinely excite you and align with your priorities rather than setting goals based on societal expectations.

Having a strong “why” behind our goals provides motivation and clarity.

My Personal Goal-Setting System

I have a goal-setting system that includes writing down top priorities and a top priority statement. I recommend reviewing and rewriting these priorities regularly.

The process of brainstorming 21 ways to achieve our goals helps in creating a daily to-do list.

My morning routine and to-do list system have been instrumental in my success and productivity, especially as a busy mom with multiple responsibilities.

The Power of a To-Do List

Creating a to-do list can bring peace, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment. I recommend using a hyper-focused journal or a notebook to jot down goals and tasks.

My own process takes less than ten minutes, including journaling and creating a hyper-focus to-do list based on my goals.

Breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable ones that can be completed in ten minutes or less is key. This approach is similar to fitness, where consistent daily efforts lead to long-term results.

Revisiting and editing goals regularly to ensure they align with priorities is also important.

Inviting God into the Goal-Setting Process

I believe in the importance of inviting God into the goal-setting process. My hyper-focused journal includes sections for goals, gratitude, affirmations, and other to-dos.

Celebrating even the smallest accomplishments is crucial, and I recommend tackling the most challenging task first thing in the morning. Unfinished tasks can be carried over to the next day’s list.

Staying Organized and Focused

I start my day by taking my journal and referring to my to-do list throughout the day. At the end of the day, I reflect on the best part of my day and what I accomplished.

I also use my journal to jot down any lingering tasks that may be causing stress or keeping me awake at night. This practice helps me clear my mind and stay on top of my goals.

Accelerating Habit Formation

Instead of waiting 21 days to form a habit, I suggest committing to the practice for three consecutive days. Willpower and consistency are crucial during this period.

Paying attention to how the practice makes you feel, such as feeling accomplished and confident, can make it easier to establish the habit.

FINAL THOUGHTS

I encourage you to try my method for three days and pay attention to the positive impact it has on your productivity and well-being. I’m also excited to announce an upcoming master class on December 14th.
